An independent testing and analysis lab with a focus on IP communications products. Mr. Bajorek directed the marketing and services strategies for the company and forged strategic relationships with key test equipment vendors, customers, and industry publication groups.
The CT Labs client list included NEMS in carrier and enterprise business segments. Service offerings included performance testing, test suite development, interoperability and usability verification, and competitive testing and analysis. Numerous ground-breaking CT Labs Tested reports were published for its customers.
In January 2005 CT Labs was acquired and became a subsidiary of Empirix Inc.

TRT produced innovative high-performance PC-based telephony products. Mr. Bajorek architected and programmed the company's first product offering, a telephony service creation framework and companion run-time environment, and he directed the product and marketing strategies for the company.
TRT sold turnkey voice response and unified messaging products in addition to award-winning toolkits for rapid development of voice applications. Key products during the company's run were marketed under the trade names INTELESYS, ProVIDE, and CommPoint.
